Donor Coordination in Albania

The purpose of the Immediate Multi-Donor Support to the Integrated Planning System (IPS) project is to provide immediate assistance over a 1-year period to help establish and implement the functions of the Department of Strategy and Donor Coordination (DSDC) of the Council of Ministers as part of the IPS.
